On paper, I had it all.I spent 25 years in tech and finance, from growth-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies like Moody's Analytics, moving from software developer to Managing Director. I led global teams across data, tech, and product, and drove major organizational transformations. From the outside, I was thriving. Inside, I knew something wasn't working.
When I left corporate to build my own practice, what felt like loss quickly became clarity. I realized even the most capable leaders get stuck in complexity, unsure how to move forward cleanly. That's when I decided to bet on myself and build something different.
What I learned through that transition shapes how I work with leaders today:
Real leadership requires working on two levels. There's the outer work -- the organizational systems, strategies, and stakeholder dynamics you're navigating. And there's the inner work -- your presence, clarity, and authority to lead in ways that feel both effective and true. Most coaches and consultants only touch one. Sustainable leadership requires both.
Now, I partner with founders, senior leaders, and executives navigating the messy middle -- where the rules are unclear and the pressure is high. I help you cut through noise, claim your authority, and lead well even when the path hasn't been mapped. I draw on decades of leadership experience, human-centered practices, and AI as a thought partner to bring clarity, presence, and courage to leaders who need it most.
In addition to executive coaching, I work with select organizations in fractional leadership roles to build leadership capacity, align strategy, and stabilize operations during times of growth and change.
